Westside House

About This Project

This house is sited on a triangular-shaped lot that opens to the west.  The house is organized around a courtyard that contains a swimming pool, hot tub, fire-pit, grill area and plantings.  A substantial chimney anchors the house and announces the entry.  A glass tower contains a self-supporting steel stair.  Terraces, large expanses of glass and high windows are just some of the ways that the connection between inside and outside is achieved.  Construction is slated for 2022.
