About This Project

Concrete cylinders, salvaged from a construction site, were used for this dry-stack installation.  The brushed concrete tops, score marks and chalk lines contrast with the smooth cuts at the cylinder sides where the aggregate is revealed.  The changing position of the sun reveals the subtle shadows and textures within the work.
